and Conditions
Delivery
We
aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in
stock.
If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will
send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available
again.
If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
All Delivery charges mentioned on the site are UK Mainland only,
please contact us if you require other delivery options.
Please insure all items are checked upon delivery prior to signing
the couriers delivery sheet.
Any damage to items found after the couriers delivery sheet has
been signed is not covered in the courier insurance.
Ordering
Online
When
ordering online via our store please be aware some items include
the 4% paypal fee,
this is due to the small margins we work to so we are able to
offer the items to you at the best possible price,
because of this we are unable to absorb the fee ourselves.
Warrenties
All
warrenties for non JSP branded items are provided by the manufacturer.
Lifetime warrenties on exhausts (where applicable) are RTB Warrenties
with the manufacturer and not JSP.
Cancellation
You
can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have
been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt.
Returns Policy
We
want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods
on delivery and ensure that they have been supplied correctly.
If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them
within 7 days with the original packaging and in an unused and
sellable condition.
Incorrectly ordered
parts will incur a 25% return to stock fee.
If you are in any doubt about the parts you are ordering then
please contact us before ordering.
Jap-Spec-Performance will be liable for return delivery charges
on faulty parts only.
The customer
will be liable for return delivery charges for incorrectly ordered
parts or unwanted parts returned.
All items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 25% restocking
charge.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged &
in a sellable condition.
4% Handling Charge
where applicable is non refundable
All Special order items are non-returnable
Third Parties
We
take no responsibility for third party cost. We will not reimburse
any fitting or labour charges from garages etc.
